Jackson at 4 1/2

Jackson at 4 1/2 years old

*Started his second year of Early Childhood class at school. He is loving it and it's amazing how far he's come in a year. He can spell his name outloud and write it with some assistance.

*Loves scrapbooking. Basically cutting up paper and gluing it all together - crazy collage style. I bought him a scrapbook album so he could keep all his prettys together. He's so proud of his collection.

*Growing like a weed. He has been eatting so much lately. He's always hungry, a bottomless pit. His size 3T pants are too short and the 4T are way too big in the waist for him. He looks a bit awkard. Outgrew a pair of his shoes and we moved on to a pair of hand-me-down shoes from cousin Cael. They've been lovening dubbed, "my cael shoes". He's very proud of them. I also had to buy him a new zip up hoodie a couple weeks ago. He's been asking to wear his "yellow cael coat" for the last week.

*Loves to play his Monster Truck game on the Wii. He's actually pretty good at it.

*When I ask him what he wants for Christmas, he says "Hero Train". ughhh....There is a new Thomas the Train movie that has a new train & track set in it called "Hero of the Rails". This is just like last year and the Waterfall bridge train set that he had to have (that he never plays with).

*Loves his legos, all the trains, blocks,monster trucks and playing outside.

*He talks non stop 24 hours a day about absolutely nothing. Addison wanted to talk to him on the phone yesterday and I think they could have talked for hours. Those two are little chatterboxes and the funny part is that neither one of them listen to the other. They are like a little old married couple.

*Still has his blanket and baby but doesn't insist on sleeping with them every night. I think he's starting to outgrow them.

*loves to do any type of craft project. Calls it "arting".
